Cancellation policies vary by venue and are set by individual hosts. Understanding these policies helps you make informed booking decisions.
Policy Types
Flexible
Full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before the event. 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
Moderate
Full refund if cancelled 5 days or more before. 50% refund if cancelled 1–5 days before. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
Strict
Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before. 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before.
Non-refundable
No refund for cancellations at any time.
How to Cancel
- Go to your Bookings page
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking"
- Review the cancellation policy and refund amount
- Confirm your cancellation
Important: Service fees may be non-refundable
Platform service fees are typically non-refundable, even if you receive a full refund for the venue booking.
